Paddle is carrying out database maintenance on 5 October 2026. During the planned window, checkout payments, subscription renewals, refunds and payment method changes may briefly fail. If a payment fails, please try again after maintenance. Payment notifications may arrive late, so billing changes can take longer to appear in Shinra Metrics. Instagram API: reach demographics unavailable

Instagram reach demographics have been unavailable through the Instagram API since 4 September 2026. The issue has been reported to Meta, and we are awaiting a fix from Meta. Shinra Metrics cannot resolve this provider-side issue. Where available, the last received demographics snapshot and its date remain visible.
