Use this form to cancel a paid Shinra Metrics subscription. No login is required. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your request is received, and again once the cancellation is processed.

Before you cancel

  • Monthly subscriptions end at the close of the current paid period; you keep full access until then.
  • Annual commitments are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy — cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access through the end of the current paid period.
  • Your account data stays available for 30 days after cancellation in case you reactivate.
