Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: May 28, 2026 · Next review: May 28, 2027
Ciberdime GmbH is committed to making the Shinra Metrics platform accessible to the broadest possible audience, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our current accessibility status and preparation for the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) as transposed into German law by the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG).
1. Scope
This statement applies to the public website at www.shinra-metrics.com and the authenticated Shinra Metrics application at app.shinra-metrics.com.
2. Compliance status
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. As of the effective date above, the platform is partially conformant: most functions meet the standard, but we continue to identify and fix gaps in ongoing audits.
3. Non-accessible content
The following areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA:
- Some data visualizations rely on color to convey meaning; text alternatives are being added.
- Certain third-party embeds inherited from platform APIs may not meet the same standards as our own components.
- Some keyboard-only flows in the advanced report builder still require improvement.
We are addressing these items in our public roadmap and welcome feedback.
4. Measures we take
- Accessibility is part of our definition-of-done for new features.
- We use automated accessibility tooling during development.
- Regular manual audits on high-traffic flows.
- Respect for
prefers-reduced-motion, sufficient color contrast, visible focus indicators, and keyboard navigation throughout the public site.
5. Feedback & contact
